Your privacy means everything. For this reason, sessions can be conducted via zoom or simply by email. Zoom meetings are an hour long and can be scheduled at the “Contact” section of this site.
Our sessions will be structured meetings addressing the issue at hand and deciding what we can do in order to fix it.
Remember, growth is often non-linear. It is okay to be frustrated, and the fact that you recognized that you need guidance is a big step. Your problem won't be solved unless you make the initiative to improve with the methods discussed in our sessions.
